Submission Terms

These Submission Terms apply when you use our Submit your AI tool form. Our Privacy Notice explains what we keep from it. For submissions, these terms take priority over our other site terms if they conflict.

Version 2026-10-25. This is the first version. Past versions will stay online at their own dated address.

👥 Who these terms cover

A “Maker” builds or owns the tool, works for the company behind it, or is authorized by that company. A “Recommender” is anyone else who suggests a tool.

🪪 Age and authority

You are 18 or older. If you submit for a company, you have authority to accept these terms for it.

📨 What you send

Your “Submission” is the name, website, description, job, pricing, audience, launch date and other details you type in. Please don’t send confidential information; we treat Submissions as non-confidential.

🤝 Permission you give us (Makers)

You give AI Made Easy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, display, edit, excerpt, translate, reformat and adapt your Submission, and the tool’s name, logo and public materials (including screenshots of its public website), to list, describe, rank, compare and promote the tool on AI Made Easy, our newsletter and our social channels. Our service providers (for example hosting and email) may handle it for us. The license lasts while the tool is listed, plus 30 days for us to remove copies. Archived or cached copies, and copies made by others, may remain.

💬 Permission you give us (Recommenders)

You give us the same license, but only for words you wrote yourself. You don’t give us rights in the tool’s name, logo or materials, and you don’t need to.

✅ Your promises

Everyone promises that the details are accurate to the best of their knowledge, that they have told us about any connection to the tool, that they are not impersonating anyone, and that they are not submitting malware or unlawful, deceptive or adult products. Makers also promise that they have the rights to give the license above and that their materials don’t infringe anyone’s rights.

⚖️ Our editorial independence

We decide what to list, and how. We may decline, list, edit, rewrite, recategorize, score, rank, update or remove any listing at any time. We write our own descriptions, and the AIME Score is our own assessment under our published method. Submitting a tool, paying us or having a partner relationship with us never changes a tool’s AIME Score or its rank in our lists. Partners may get an in-depth Spotlight sooner and may appear in our Featured section, always labeled. Submitting doesn’t guarantee a listing, timing or placement.

🛠️ Corrections and removal

Makers can correct facts, claim a listing or ask for removal at Update your listing. We usually honor verified removal requests from a tool’s owner, but listings are our editorial content and we may keep a basic entry or a comparison mention where it helps readers. We may keep a short record of a removal so the tool isn’t added again by mistake.

💡 Feedback

If you send ideas about our site, we may use them freely, with no obligation to you.

🛡️ Responsibility for your materials

If someone brings a claim against us because your Submission was false or infringed their rights, or because you broke these terms, you’ll cover our reasonable costs of that claim. For Recommenders, this covers only false statements you made yourself.

📉 No guarantees; limit on liability

Listings and scores are provided “as is.” We don’t promise traffic, a ranking or error-free information. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to submissions is $100. Nothing here limits liability that California law does not allow to be limited.

🏛️ Disputes

California law applies. Before filing any claim, email hello@aimadeeasy.app and give us 30 days to resolve it. Either side may use small claims court. Otherwise, claims go to the state or federal courts located in California.

📝 Changes to these terms

Each version is dated, and past versions stay online. If you gave us an email, we’ll tell you about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Changes apply to new Submissions and to existing listings from their effective date. They never apply to a dispute that arose before the change.

📎 Other terms

If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term, we haven’t waived it. We may transfer these terms if the site changes hands.
